This Image was captured south of Newport Oregon, at Seal Rock. I have been to this beach many times, but on this particular night the sun poked under the heavy cloud cover and created this dramatic scene. It wasn’t until I printed this image in large format, that I truly appreciated the cormorants on the basalt formations.
